It tells the story of three very different families who are struggling to buy the same 1920s Spanish style villa that they think will solve all their problems. Unfortunately the low ratings are coming from people who have “only watched 2 episodes”. . It’s actually a slow burn, but if you stick around you won’t regret it. Yes, a lot happens at once, but it all comes together in the end.. there were tears shed a few times. The talent alone is impressive! From Dennis Leary to fucking ALICE (Linda Lavin), there are some serious name drops here! And a note to those who are worried about 1 lesbian couple and more ethnicities than whites on the show… Welcome to life indeed.. this was absolutely not an exaggeration and those who thought it was necessary should seriously look inward and ask why..
